Tomorrow is the big day of WWF global action on climate change “Earth Hour 2010”. More than 30 cities in China in turning off all unnecessary lights on Saturday 27 March at 8:30pm to show our commitment to adopt low carbon living and our determination to combat climate change, one of the greatest threats to life on Earth.
In China, iconic regional landmarks such as the Forbidden City, the Bird's Nest Stadium and the Water Cube in Beijing are ready to flick the switch at 8.30pm tomorrow night. The Oriental Pearl Tower and the 492-meter high Shanghai World Financial Center in Shanghai will also go dark.
